The LM001G and LM002G 40VMax XGT Brushless lawnmowers are powered by Makita’s trusted 40VMax XGT Li-Ion battery technology. They have been designed to provide excellent performance and power, even when cutting thick grass, with quick acceleration and an optimised blade design. Both models can work with two batteries at the same time, so when one runs out, the system automatically switches to the other. This means that when working on large areas, users can keep working without having to stop to change batteries or charge them.

The LM001G has a 62L collection box, a 480mm cutting width, and a speed of up to 3,200rpm when it’s not cutting anything. The machine can also be used in a quieter mode called “Noise Reduction,” which has a no-load speed of 2,500rpm and is great for working in homes and public places. With a 70-liter grass box, the LM002G has a cutting width of 534 mm and a speed of 2,800 rpm without a load, or 2,300 rpm in “Noise Reduction” mode.

Each has 10 height positions ranging from 20mm to 100mm, and each can be used with one of three cutting modes: Normal, Soft No-Load, or Noise Reduction.
